ZN39-40.5(35)KV-type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (alias: 35kV indoor vacuum switch), suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV, comply with the GB1984 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers" standard. This product can be used in conjunction with JYN1-35 and GBC-35 switchgear, including components such as isolated trolley and PT trolley.

The circuit breaker adopts a trolley-type structural design. The arc extinguishing chamber is supported by double insulators and an insulating plate, and is suitable for installation in trolley-type switchgear. Its operating mechanism can be optionally equipped with CD10-III electromagnetic mechanism or CT19N spring mechanism, and is equipped with an interlocking device to realize forced mechanical locking, meeting the "five-prevention" functional requirements of the switchgear. There are multiple specifications such as ZN39-40.5/630-25 to ZN39-40.5/2500A-31.5KA.

This circuit breaker can be optionally equipped with electromagnetic operating mechanism (CD10-II or CD10-III type) or spring operating mechanism (CT19N type), supporting AC, DC or manual operation. When used with switchgear, it can realize the "five-prevention" functional requirements of the switchgear through forced mechanical locking to ensure operational safety.

To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, its working environment must meet the following basic conditions:

Ambient temperature: -25℃ to +40℃ (storage and transportation allowable temperature is -30℃).

Altitude: no more than 1000 meters.

Air humidity: the daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity is not more than 90%.

Other requirements: the installation site should be free of fire and explosion hazards, no serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration, and the seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees.
